Ferre Silver Embroidered Backless Coatdress Italian, contemporary Of black silk pongee brocaded and reembroidered with silver metallic thread and silver beads in foliate medallion motif, Nehru collar, center front zipper closure to hip, sides slit to same, lined in black, grey and silver ikat patterned voile, the set in modified Elizabethan puff and ruched sleeve terminating in a ruffle, size 6, labeled: Gianfranco Ferre/Made in Italy. Excellent condition. Miss Berenson wore this at Liza Minelli's wedding when she was matron of honour alongside Elizabeth Taylor.
