The fancy-shaped pierced pear-shaped mount with scalloped edge highlighted by 3 carved sapphire leaves, dotted with 4 small round cabochon sapphires, terminating in a geometric fancy-shaped plaque centering one square step-cut carved sapphire approximately 8.6 x 8.8 mm., set throughout with 89 old-mine and single-cut diamonds approximately 4.00 cts., signed Cartier, no. 3094, circa 1925, approximately 9.3 dwt.
