One of the true originators of graffiti, Seen (Richard Mirando) was a Bronx raised kid who spent his teens creating some of the most important subway art in New York City. Star of PBS's seminal 1983 documentary Style Wars, Seen took his combination of crisp lettering and love of comic book characters to Paris, where he now lives and creates his art. He has been featued in exhibitions at the Grand Pompidou in Paris, the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, PA, and many major galleries worldwide.
