It appears that approximately five of the individual glass panels were re-leaded at one time, i.e., the leaded areas have been overpainted in green paint to approximate the green coloration of the patina elsewhere on the underside of the leading, consequently, some of the glass panels may be replacements.
Approximately twelve of the individual favrile glass panels have splits to the glass, some quite minor; there has possibly been a repair to a section of the bronze rim at the upper portion of the shade (the glass section of the shade below does not appear to have been touched); there is green overpaint to each of the three light sockets (but not on the bronze arms); there is extensive green verdigris to portions of the lamp base, including the standard, but most noticeably on the upper portion of the foot, perhaps caused by excessive humidity or exposure to moisture; otherwise appears to be in good condition.
