The pair of concave ridged shells surmounted by 2 pearls approximately 5.6 mm., topped by fancy-shaped panels set with 18 round rubies approximately 1.10 cts., and 14 platinum-set old European and single-cut diamonds, signed Cartier, circa 1940, approximately 25.3 dwt.
